Public Health
Public health remains the foundation of social stability and national progress. In the Horn of Africa, challenges of limited access, underfunded systems, and fragile service delivery continue to hinder health equity and resilience. Strengthening health systems, surveillance, and preparedness is therefore central to improving outcomes and achieving universal health coverage.
HPRD provides integrated technical, policy, and research support across all levels of the public health spectrum. We design and implement system-wide reforms, applied research, and policy interventions that enhance service delivery, governance, and accountability. Our expertise spans disease surveillance, outbreak preparedness, digital health innovation, and public–private partnerships (PPP) to expand access and strengthen institutional capacity.
