Leyla focuses on evidence-based approaches to research, analyzing and reviewing data to develop innovative solutions and improve existing practices. She is particularly skilled in gender-based violence (GBV) issues and capacity building, providing technical leadership in GBV interventions and evidence-informed policy making. Leyla is adept at engaging stakeholders and communicating research findings through policy briefs.
