Dr. Ahmed has a deep understanding of environmental policies, regulations, and best practices, with expertise to develop comprehensive strategies and action plans to address complex environmental challenges. He has a solid background in conducting environmental assessments, managing natural resources, and implementing sustainable development projects, designing and implementing a watershed management plan in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders. Dr. Ahmed has worked in the urban planning and sustainable infrastructure development to integrate sustainable design principles into urban development plans. Additionally, he has worked on international development projects aimed at promoting sustainable livelihoods and environmental conservation in rural areas. Through my expertise in participatory approaches, I facilitated the establishment of community-based natural resource management systems, empowering local communities to sustainably manage their forests, watersheds, and wildlife habitats.
