Development of BDS training and mentorship curriculum. Modules and delivery of Capacity Building for MSME’s in Somalia

Development of training curriculum and modules tailored to training needs, providing BDS services comprising one to one coaching/mentoring sessions, and theoretical and practical training for MSMEs working across the targeted value chains in Somalia and Somaliland under the Nordic Horn of Africa Fund (NHOAF) managed by Shurakoo. We provided training and customized coaching/mentoring sessions for the MSMEs aiming at improving their skills and systems, to unlock their potential for financial access and therefore, position their business for growth.
