External Third-Party consulting for program Baseline for the PPDP

Baseline assessment conducted for PPDP to evaluate implementation sites in Somalia. This project involved conducting a thorough baseline assessment for the Powering Progress in Somalia program (PPDP) to evaluate the current conditions in its implementation sites: Garowe in Puntland Federal Member State, and Mogadishu in Benadir Administrative Area. The assessment engaged a diverse array of stakeholders, including government officials, TVET managers, private sector actors, donors, and technical experts from the National Institute of Standards (NIS).
