USAID The Resilience Learning Activity (RLA) is a five-year initiative funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to support regional and country-level institutions to undertake analysis while strengthening their capacities for analytics, facilitating learning for adaptive management in the Horn of Africa (HoA) aimed at contributing to the region’s Journey to Self-Reliance. The project has four main objectives (a) Strengthen analytics and analytic capacity for local and host country organizations; (b) Facilitate learning for adaptive management by local and host country organizations; (c) Improve knowledge management and strategic communication for local and host country organizations and (d) Establish and strengthen systems and networks for CLA

 

Implementation

HPRD in collaboration with ACDI/COVA have partnered with the Resilience Learning Activity (RLA) to support programmatic objective of Strengthen analytics and analytic capacity for local and host country organizations through technical assistance and capacity building through a co-creation processes with RLA envisioned to be iterative and collaborative. This RLA component seeks to support programmatic objectives that strengthen the resilience data analytic capacities of local facilitator organizations and institutions in data analytics through analysis and mapping, technical assistance, and capacity building. Implementation areas; Garissa, Wajir, Turkana, Isiolo, Samburu, and Marsabit counties, Kenya.
