Assessment identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats in stakeholder capacity, maps technical assistance, provided recommendations. The assessment sought to identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses/gaps, opportunities and threats in technical and institutional capacity of the key stakeholder organizations in key Federal and Federal member States ministries in Somalia, map Existing technical assistances and provide actionable recommendations for addressing identified gaps and weaknesses.
