Impact Of The Covid-19 Pandemic On The Nutrition Situation In Somalia

This study was conducted to understand COVID-19 impact on nutrition situation in Somalia. We undertook an in-depth analysis of malnutrition drivers in Somalia in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and assess the impact of the pandemic on the nutrition situation in the country. The study applied a UNICEF conceptual framework approach of the determinants of child under nutrition that focus on the key immediate drivers, underlying, and basic determinants of malnutrition. Somalia. A targeted nutrition actor mapping was undertaken to identify humanitarian partners across Somalia.
